This privately owed 3 bedroom vacation villa can sleep up to 8 guests and is located on the Davenport community of Calabay Parc, close to the US27 which leads to the US192 and I-4. It features a west-facing pool and spa with good privacy, good sized rooms and it just a 10 minute walk from the community facilities which include a children’s play area and outdoor gym equipment, so guests can use up the last of their energy. Just a mile from your villa is Berry Town Centre which offers an Applebees and iHop restaurant, while a nearby Publix supermarket is ideal for getting drinks and snacks for times around the pool. Alternatively, there is a parade of shops at the junction of the US27 and Ronald Reagen Parkway, or the US192 and ChampionsGate Village are a few more miles away and offer hundreds of dining options. The magic of Disney World can be reached in just under half an hour, so drive to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to make unforgettable memories. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 35-40 minutes and is home to exciting new rollercoasters and thrilling experiences that will excite your entire family. Universal Resorts offer more excitement at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, also just 35-40 minutes from your villa. For animal lovers, a visit to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins is a must, as is a trip to SeaWorld to ride the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, both attractions just 30-35 minutes away.

The open-plan kitchen is located to the central left of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your whole family. The nearby breakfast table offers a great place to start your morning with tea and toast before you head out for a day of fuin and memory making. To the front of the villa is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games while having a chat. The family lounge is located to the left of the kitchen with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing private pool and spa.
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is to the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is to the front right and has 2 sets of Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV, so all guests can relax and watch movies as they prepare for bed.
