This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated Davenport resort community of Solterra. Features include a south-facing pool and spa, a well-equipped games room and resort facilities which can be reached with a 5 minute walk. At the clubhouse you will find an internet room, TV lounge and fully-equipped gym. Outside is a large, heated swimming pool, lazy river, water slides, spa and a children’s play area. For sportier guests, there are also volleyball and tennis courts available for their use. Just 5 minutes from the community is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, both offering a wide selection of restaurants to suit all appetites. Alternatively, the US192 is just a few miles away and has hundreds more options to choose from. Disney World can be reached with a 15-20 minute drive and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where your family will create the most amazing and unforgettable memories. Universal Resorts are 25-30 minutes from your villa and are where you can enrol at Hogwarts at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked through at Volcano Bay water park and find adrenaline pumping rides at Islands of Adventure. For more thrilling days out, head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or SeaWorld to ride the Mako rollercoaster, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
Enjoy spending quality time with your family in this privately owned vacation villa. The kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for the whole family. The breakfast bar is the ideal place to start your morning with coffee and toast before you head out for a day of theme parks. Centrally to the right is a formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. To the back right is the main family lounge, with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here while you keep an eye on your kids as they play in the pool. Upstairs is a second lounge with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, helpful if some guests don’t want to miss their favourite programme.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs to the back left of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs and at the back left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a door leading to the south-facing pool. Bedroom 3 is at the front right of the villa, with a King-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is back upstairs and to the front left with Twin beds and Bedroom 5 is at the front right with a Single bed and a Double bed. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing for everybody.
Head to the games room to have a practice of your trick shots on the pool table before challenging your family, play a game of Skee ball or try and get the high score on the arcade game. Walk just 5 minutes to reach the resort facilities at the clubhouse where you will find a heated swimming pool, water slides, lazy river, spa and a children’s play area. Inside the clubhouse is an internet room, fully-equipped gym and a TV lounge. More active guests will want to head towards the tennis and volleyball courts to join in a game.
