This large 5 bedroom villa is on Sanctuary, a gated section of West Haven, one of Davenport’s most popular communities. The rides and rollercoasters of Disney World are just 15-20 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove both just 20-25 minutes away. Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and offers thrilling experiences and rollercoasters for your family. Harry Potter fans will want to visit Diagon Alley and the Hogwarts Express, so you’ll need to head to Universal Resorts as well which is 25-30 minutes from West Haven. ChampionsGate Village is where the nearest supermarket is and this will take about 5 minutes to reach along the Ronald Reagan Parkway, and a selection of restaurants here will take care of most dining requirements as well. The nearby I-4 Highway will lead you to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center as well as some of Florida’s finest beaches on both coastlines.
This beautiful villa is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s parks and you will feel at home as soon as you step through the front door. Sitting close to the entrance of the villa is a peaceful lounge area with comfortable sofas overlooking the front garden. This is a great place to sit and unwind with a good book, or catch up with friends back home on social media. The nearby dining table is great for playing board games around in the evening once any little ones have been tucked up in bed, exhausted after a busy day! The well-equipped kitchen is at the heart of the villa, ideal for making some fantastic meals or to prepare a picnic to take with you as you explore Florida. A small dining table in the kitchen is a great place for tea and toast in the morning or for snacks throughout the day. The family lounge area is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating around a wall-mounted flatscreen television. Patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck mean that no matter where you are in the villa, you will never be far away from other family members. Upstairs on the landing is a smaller lounge area with comfy seats and flatscreen TV, a perfect place for kids to be able to watch their choice of programme, leaving adults downstairs in peace and quiet!
The Main bedroom sits to the left of the lounge, the only bedroom on the ground floor, and has a King-size bed, doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Upstairs at the back of the villa on the left is Bedroom 2 with a King-size bed and Bedroom 3, at the back on the right, has a Queen-size bed. On the front of the villa on the left is the Avengers-themed Bedroom 4 with Twin beds and on the right at the front is Bedroom 5, a Twin-bedded room with a Princess theme. With late-night movies and lazy holiday mornings in bed in mind, each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV.
A favourite feature of this villa is the games room which has a Ping Pong table and a pool table, meaning everyone can partake in friendly competition throughout the holiday to find out who the family champion is.
The south-facing pool deck means that whether you are sipping a glass of something chilled at the covered table, reading a novel on a lounger or splashing around in the pool, everyone can gather together outdoors to enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine.
West Haven is a highly recommended Davenport community close to Disney World and is divided into a number of smaller gated sub-communities. Sanctuary is one of these and has 130 privately owned rental villas, each with their own swimming pool and spa. Many of these also feature a games room and a south or west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park is less than half an hour's drive away.
