It features a south-facing pool with golf-course views and is just a 6 minute walk from the community facilities. Here you will find 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area. If you aren’t in the mood to cook, the clubhouse offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, or head south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chop House, as well as a few more independent restaurants. Within walking distance of Southern Dunes is a large Walmart store, where you can pick up drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the private pool.Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, offering to fill your days with unforgettable memories. Create more memories by visiting Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe and its unique experiences, reached in 40-45 minutes. Find jaw dropping rides at Universal Resorts, 35-40 minutes from your villa and home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, or Seaworld to encounter penguins and polar bears, both 30-35 minutes away.
The kitchen is centrally located, well-equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. There is plenty of dining seating, with a table found to the left of the villa and another next to the kitchen with a window overlooking the pool. Both are great places to enjoy a meal or a drink and snack throughout the day, as well as playing board games. The family lounge is located to the back left of the villa with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch all your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water.
The Main bedroom is to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed, door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are nearby, both with a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is to the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch movies as they get ready for bed.
Walk 6 minutes to reach the community facilities which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, children’s play areas and tennis courts for guests looking to keep active.
The south-facing private pool is the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a day of exploring Orlando. With golf-course views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, you can enjoy a swim before laying back to relax and top up your tan in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads to the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, so a towel can be easily found. Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
