The Solterra resort facilities are a 10 minute walk away from here and include a heated swimming pool, separate lazy river, spa, sunbathing area with loungers and cabanas, children’s play area, sports courts and a clubhouse with meeting lounge and well-equipped gym. The fun and magic of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away from Solterra, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove only 20-25 minutes away by car and Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Guests wishing to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park, experience the white-knuckle rollercoasters at Islands of Adventure or sip a Butterbeer as they stroll around Hogsmeade and the rest of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. The I-4 Highway, running from east to west across the state, is easy to reach from here and will lead you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches. ChampionsGate Village is about 5 minutes away from Solterra and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements, as well as a wide selection of restaurants and take-aways for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This nicely decorated villa has plenty of space and all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. As you enter through the front door you will be met by a formal dining table on the left, a perfect setting for evening meals or fun together playing games and chatting. On the right of the entrance is a smaller table, a great spot for park-planning meetings each morning. Centrally placed is the modern kitchen, it has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary requirements and the breakfast bar is a convenient spot for that relaxing cup of coffee throughout the day. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck is another dining table, an ideal place for tea and toast each morning. The family lounge is filled with natural light and has a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and enough comfy seating so that everybody can gather round and watch a movie together.
The Main bedroom sits away from all others, it is at the left of the villa on the back and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, down a hallway on the right of the villa, has windows overlooking the front garden, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds, this room is next to Bedroom 4, furnished with Bunk beds and situated close to a family bathroom and a door leading to the pool area. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch a late-night movie as they drift off to sleep at the end of each busy day.
The well-equipped games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey game and table football. It has air-conditioning in here as well, helping to keep players and spectators cool as long-lasting memories are made in here. The resort facilities, a 10 minute walk away from here at the clubhouse, include a meeting lounge, a well-equipped gym, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a separate lazy river, a spa, a sunbathing area with loungers and cabanas, sports courts and a children’s play area with swings and slides.

Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
