Disney World is a convenient 15-20 minutes from here and easy to reach, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts can be reached in less than half an hour and is home to Volcano Bay water park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Islands of Adventure. The nearby I-4 Highway runs across Florida from east to west and this takes you to some of the finest sandy beaches in the state, as well as Daytona, Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens. ChampionsGate Village is a popular shopping and dining area with a range of family restaurants to choose from and is just 3 miles away from Cypress Pointe.

• Living Accommodation:

  This traditional Florida villa has comfortable furnishings and a warm ambience that encourages you to out your feet up and relax as soon as you arrive. Just inside the entrance is a family lounge area with windows overlooking the front garden, seating and a flatscreen TV. At the rear of the villa is another lounge area with more comfy seating and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck area so you can wander in and out to soak up the fantastic sunshine. On the right-hand side of the villa is the kitchen area, equipped with all the utensils, gadgets and appliances you are likely to need and a convenient breakfast bar with 4 stools. The nearby dining table is a great place to enjoy any meals you have cooked or for evening fun playing board games together.

• Bedrooms:

  The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs on the left and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the left at the back and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is next to the Main bedroom and has been furnished with Twin beds and is suitable for guests of all ages. Each bedroom has its own TV, so if there is something you want to watch you can go to bed early and relax as you watch it in comfort.

• Entertainment:

  The fun never stops in the well-equipped games room, all the family can get involved at the same time playing pool, table football or air hockey together. Seating has been provided so that spectators can sit in comfort watching the action unfold in front of them.

• Outdoor Living:
