As soon as you step through the entrance you are in a quiet formal lounge area with a corner sofa and windows overlooking the front garden, a great spot to relax with a good book or to sit and chat with a loved one. Adjacent to this lounge is a dining table with 8 seats, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. Continuing through the villa, the open-plan kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary requirement. A second dining table, a high-top one with 4 seats, is close to doors leading to the southwest-facing pool deck, a great spot for tea and toast each morning. Next to this dining area is the second family lounge with lots of natural light, comfy sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the back of the villa close to the lounge and has windows and a patio door to the pool deck, a King-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is centrally placed upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 7 which is furnished with Bunk beds. Bedroom 5 is upstairs at the back and has a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom for this room is shared with Bedroom 6 which is another bedroom with Bunk beds. Each bedroom in this villa has a flatscreen TV, making early nights or relaxing mornings in bed even more enjoyable and stress-free.
