This 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa has charming décor, a family games room and a scenic view from the south-facing pool and spa deck. Situated on the highly recommended Providence Golf & Country Club gated resort in Davenport, ideally placed for everything Florida has to offer, Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in 25-30 minutes and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park in as little as 30-35 minutes from here. The I-4 Highway is nearby, taking you to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center in the east and Tampa, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s finest beaches if you travel west. Staying on this community will give you access to all resort facilities, a few minutes from this villa, including 2 heated swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts and outdoor play area. The nearest Publix supermarket is a mile or so away from the community, with restaurants and shops within a few miles of here as well.
- Living Accommodation:
This comfortable home from home will help you and your family relax away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout has a family lounge area at the rear, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. Doors from here lead directly out to the south-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out as often as you please to soak up some of that glorious Florida sunshine. The kitchen has the appliances, equipment and gadgets to satisfy all culinary requirements and a convenient breakfast bar for drinks and nibbles throughout the day. Close to the kitchen is a small dining table, the perfect spot for tea and toast each morning looking out across the pool area, with a more formal dining table positioned towards the front of the villa.
- Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is on the left of the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom also with a door out to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the kitchen at the far left of the corridor and has Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit all guests. Bedroom 4 is next to the Main bedroom and is a Minions-themed bedroom with Twin beds. All bedrooms have a large flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
- Entertainment:
Head to the games room for endless hours of fun playing pool or table football against each other. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, a few minutes from here, including 2 heated swimming pools, one of which has waterslides, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts and a kiddie’s play area.
- Outdoor Living:
The good sized, south-facing outside area has peaceful scenic views to the rear of the property. A pool hoist allows everybody to be able to use the private pool and spa and the covered dining area with a range of seating options is the perfect place to sit and relax with a chilled drink as you recharge your batteries and start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
