The Southern Dunes clubhouse has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while more choices are to be found a mile south on the US27, including the famous Manny’s Chop House. Disney World is 25-30 minutes from your villa, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood |Studios to meet all your favourite characters and see the world famous daily parades. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe is 40-45 minutes away and has 4 unique worlds full of exciting experiences for your family to explore. Jaw dropping rides are at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay waterpark, all reached in 35-40 minutes. Animal lovers can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove water park, while SeaWorld is home to the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, both reached in 30-35 minutes.
As soon as you enter this privately owned vacation villa you will be in the family lounge, which has comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, perfect for watching all the latest blockbuster movies on. The kitchen is to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need during your stay. The breakfast bar is a great spot for kitchen ‘helpers’ to sit at and enjoy a chilled drink, while next to the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. A nearby door leads to the south-facing pool, so you can easily pop out for a dip at any time.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and at the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor; it has a Queen-size bed and doors to the south-facing pool. Back upstairs, Bedroom 3 is at the back right with Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 also has Twin beds. Both bedrooms are decorated in styles suitable for younger guests.
Walk just 9 minutes and you will find the Southern Dunes community facilities. These include 2 swimming pools, a children’s play area, a gym and tennis courts. Near to the clubhouse is Top Tracer Golf driving range, a great place for families to have some fun together.

Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
