Sitting on the very popular golfing community of Southern Dunes on the US27 in Haines City is this comfortable 3 bedroom family rental villa. With lots of space for the whole family and no rear neighbours overlooking the private pool deck, this is a great base for any trip to Florida, The community facilities, including 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play area are available for guests to use during their stay and access to the clubhouse restaurant will save you the trouble of driving long distances every night for dinner. Southern Dunes is a highly recommended golf course and the staff at the club shop will arrange tee times for you or advise on other courses in the area you might wish to try. If you wanted a trip to the theme parks then Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Resorts are all about half an hours’ drive from here along the nearby I-4 Highway.
- Living Accommodation:
This open-plan villa has been designed so that you can all be together enjoying quality time in the villa. The kitchen is at the front and has windows overlooking the garden and all the appliances and equipment you might need for meal preparation. A dining table with 6 chairs is nearby and is great for evening fun playing board games or sharing a bottle of wine. The lounge area is at the back and has comfy seats, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the pool deck.
- Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are upstairs in this villa, the Main bedroom is at the back and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also at the back and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has Twin beds and is decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests. With a TV in each bedroom, everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice at the end of each busy day.
- Entertainment:
The community swimming pools, tennis courts and kiddie’s play area are available for guests to use during their holiday and are close to your villa.
- Outdoor Living:
After an exhausting day at the parks or playing golf, return home to your villa for some rest and relaxation or a swim in the private pool. With no rear neighbours and plenty of seating options, this is a great place to sit and recharge your batteries. There is easy access to the downstairs cloakroom from the pool deck.

Southern Dunes
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
