Situated just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport puts you just 15-20 minutes from some of Orlando’s most popular theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Harry Potter fans will have to exercise a little more patience before they can experience a journey on Hogwarts Express or a stroll down the cobbled streets of Hogsmeade; Universal Resorts is about 20-25 minutes away by car. ChampionsGate Village is just 3 miles away and has a selection of family restaurants, taking care of all tastes, desires and dietary requirements. The I-4 Highway is within easy reach, and this leads to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s finest beaches.

• Living Accommodation:

  The open-plan layout of this villa will help you make the most of your time together as you relax away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The family lounge is at the front of the property and has lots of natural light flowing in from the windows and has been furnished with a large comfy sofa in front of a flatscreen TV. The nearby kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you might need as well as a convenient breakfast bar for drinks, snacks and chats throughout the day. The dining table is close to the pool deck and is perfect for mealtimes or evening fun playing cards or board games together.

• Bedrooms:

  The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, this is next to Bedroom 3 which has a Mickey Mouse theme and has been furnished with Twin beds. With a TV in each bedroom, all guests get the chance to watch their programme of choice as they settle down after a busy day at the parks.

• Outdoor Living:

  Spend quality time in the Florida sunshine with your family as you relax on the south-facing pool deck and watch as the kids improve their swimming skills in the private pool. With stunning lake and conservation views behind the villa, as well as good privacy from neighbours, this is a great place to recharge your batteries at the end of each tiring day. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, saving any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.

Town Center - Resort

Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
