Villa Details
Situated on the small, gated Davenport community of Town Center Resort, just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway, is this comfortable 3 bedroom privately owned rental villa. Features include a pool table in the games room and a natural lake view from the south-facing pool area. Adults will enjoy coming back here after a busy day and just pressing the 'pause' option as they unwind with a glass of something chilled and watch younger family members enjoy themselves in the private pool. The magic and excitement of many of Orlando’s theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are just 15-20 minutes from here, with Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter about 20-25 minutes away. ChampionsGate Village is 3 miles away and this is where you will find your nearest supermarket and selection of family restaurants and fast food outlets. The nearby I-4 Highway can take you easily to some of Florida’s award winning beaches as well as Daytona, Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens.
- Living Accommodation:
The open-plan living accommodation includes two separate dining areas, both overlooking the pool deck, a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets you might need and a family lounge area with comfy seating, large flatscreen television and patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.
- Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom has been furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with doors leading to the outside deck area, perfect for early risers that want to take advantage of the pool without disturbing the rest of the family. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and again has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has Bunk beds and is at the front of the villa. With a TV in each bedroom everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they settle down after a busy day.
- Entertainment:
To escape the hot Florida sun, head to the games room where a pool table has been supplied so you can show off your ball-potting skills or challenge other family members to find out who the best pool player is.
- Outdoor Living:
The south-facing deck area has a peaceful lake view to the rear and is the ideal place to come back to each evening and watch the kids splash around in the private pool. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom puts an end to those mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.

Town Center - Resort
Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
