Sitting on a gated section of the established Westridge community on the US27 in Davenport is this 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be found just 20-25 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 25-30 minute car journey away. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions of Universal Resorts are a 30-35 minute drive away along the nearby I-4 Highway which also takes to you some of Florida’s award-winning beaches very easily. The villa has games room for family fun and a south-facing pool deck with scenic views to the rear and privacy screens on both sides, as well as a pool, undercover dining area and plenty of space for the whole family. The community facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, gym and BBQ area. Westridge Manors is within a short walking distance of a popular British bar offering food and regular entertainment and just a mile away from Berry Town Center which has a supermarket and selection of family restaurants and take-aways. The US192 is a few miles north of the community and has hundreds of dining options available, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites.

• Living Accommodation:

  This comfortable family villa will ensure you can relax and settle in as soon as you arrive. The kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need is at the heart of the villa and has a breakfast bar for quick snacks and drinks. The main family dining table is near the front door and is the perfect place to sit and play board games in the evenings. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck.

• Bedrooms:

  The Main bedroom, sits away from all other bedrooms, it has a Queen-size bed, doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom also leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin rooms and have been decorated and furnished in a style to suit any guest. For the added convenience of all guests, each bedroom has its own television.

• Entertainment:

  If you want to spend time indoors away from the hot Florida sun, then head to the games room and enjoy a few games of pool or table football against each other. The community facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a pool, gym and BBQ and picnic area.

• Outdoor Living:

  After a long day on the rides and rollercoasters, come back home to your villa and spend quality time with your family around the south-facing private pool, once you have had enough time in the water, take a seat and relax with a cold drink at the dining table as you enjoy the woodland views to the rear. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
