The open-plan design of this comfortable vacation home means that you have lots of natural light flowing in from windows, helping you make the most of the glorious Florida sunshine wherever you are in the villa. To the left of the downstairs area is the kitchen which has appliances, equipment and gadgets to satisfy all culinary demands and a convenient breakfast bar if you want to have a quick bite to eat or cup of coffee. The nearby dining table is large enough for everybody to be able to come together and celebrate a special occasion meal or sit and play board games in the evenings once the dishes have been cleared away. The family lounge is at the rear of the property and has windows overlooking the south-facing pool deck, a large corner sofa and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has windows overlooking the front garden, a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. Bedroom 3 is upstairs on the left and is a Star Wars-themed room with a set of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has 2 Single beds and a set of Bunk beds, it is decorated in a fun Disney theme and is perfect for 3 or 4 siblings or cousins enjoying a holiday together, it has it’s own en-suite bathroom.
Guests with energy left to burn can head to the games room and play a few games of table tennis or table football against each other. Further activities can be found at the clubhouse which is just an 8 minute walk away from here. These resort facilities include an extremely large zero-entry heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, kiddie’s play area, TV lounge, movie cinema and outdoor sports courts.
