This standard 5 bedroom vacation villa is located on the Kissimmee community of Indian Creek. It features a southeast-facing pool, a games room and is only 5 minutes walk from the community facilities, which include children’s playgrounds, a putting green, tennis and basketball courts. Indian Creek is close to the popular US192, where you will find hundreds of restaurants to suit all tastes and dietary requirements, should you not want to self-cater during your vacation. Disney World is just 10-15 minutes from your villa, so hop in the car and go to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite movie characters or Epcot to taste food from around the world. Alternatively, make your way to Universal Resorts to visit Orlando's newest theme park, the exciting Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay, all just a 20-25 minute drive from your villa. Further excitement can be found by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encountering sharks and other creatures at SeaWorld, both being just 15-20 minutes from your villa.

The kitchen is located to the centre left of the villa and has all the appliances and utensils you will need for a successful self-catering vacation. In the kitchen is a breakfast table, a great place to start your morning with tea and toast, before you head off to Orlando’s famous theme parks. To the right of the villa is a formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal or play board games while enjoying a chat. Towards the back of the villa is a family lounge, with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door to the southeast-facing pool. Watch your favourite movie and programmes here while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa, to the side of the family lounge. It features a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door to the southeast-facing pool. Bedroom 2 is on the other side of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which also has a door to the pool. Bedroom 3 is at the front left with a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are to the centre right, both with Twin beds. All rooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, allowing everyone to drift off to sleep while watching their favourite movies.
Plenty of entertainment can be found in the games room, located to the front of the villa. Inside you will find table football, air hockey, a Skee ball game and a miniature putting green. Have a practice or play against your family to determine the ultimate game champion, while those waiting for their turn can remain entertained by watching a movie on the flatscreen TV. Community facilities can be reached with a 5 minute walk and feature a putting green, a basketball and tennis court, as well as children’s playgrounds.
Recharge your batteries by your very own southeast-facing pool. With fences on all sides, you can relax in total seclusion as you swim in the pool or lay back and top up your tan under the Florida sunshine.
