The community tennis court, kiddie’s playground and BBQ area is just a couple of minutes’ walk from here in a quiet corner of the estate, and guests staying here are welcome to make full use of these facilities. The popular US192 is a couple of miles north of Legacy Park and has hundreds of restaurants and fast food options for you to choose from, taking care of all appetites, budgets and dietary requirements. Berry Town Center is a little closer but in the other direction and has a Publix supermarket and a selection of family-friendly restaurants, including a British bar serving fish and chips. The rides and parades of Disney World are just 15-20 minutes away along the US192, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes’ drive from here. Harry Potter fans eager to sip a Butterbeer or buy a wand from Ollivanders can be at Universal Resorts in about 35-40 minutes. Universal Epic Universe is Orlando's newest theme park, located just 35-40 minutes from your villa and offering four unique worlds for your family to explore, including Dark Universe and How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk.
The open-plan living accommodation includes a front lounge area which is ideal for sitting and relaxing in after a busy day at the parks or out shopping. The family dining table is nearby, and this is an ideal place to enjoy mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The kitchen is centrally placed and has got all the equipment, appliances and gadgets you might need to prepare tasty meals, with the breakfast bar being a perfect place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. A smaller dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great place for tea and toast each morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. The main family lounge is next to the kitchen and has comfy seating, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is close to the downstairs bathroom and rear lounge area and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin-bedded rooms decorated in a style to suit all guests and they share an en-suite bathroom. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom there is no need for anybody to compromise about what they want to watch as they enjoy early nights or late mornings relaxing in bed.
The games room has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey and a table football game - perfect entertainment if you want to escape the hot Florida sun. The community facilities can be found a couple of minutes’ walk from here in a quiet corner of the estate, and include a tennis court next to the kiddie’s playground and BBQ area.
The south-facing outside area has a private pool, relaxing spa, plenty of space, a covered dining area and a good degree of privacy so you can sit out here and recharge your batteries. There is direct access to the downstairs bathroom next to Bedroom 2 from the pool deck.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
