It features a south-facing private pool with good privacy and a games room. It is also just a 5 minute walk from the community facilities, which include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a playing field with football pitch, allowing all guests to use up the last of their energy before bed. Head a few miles south on the US27 to reach the popular and bustling US192, which hosts hundreds of restaurants and take-aways that will tempt your taste buds. In busy periods, head north on the US27 and you will find similar restaurants, but with likely shorter waiting times. Disney World is just 25-30 minutes away, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios where you will create unforgettable memories as you meet all your favourite characters. Visiting Epic Universe is a must, as Orlando’s newest theme park offers four exciting worlds to explore, as well as rollercoasters to ride and tasty food to eat, all reached with a 40-45 minute drive. More adventure can be found at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 40-45 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove where they can swim with dolphins or SeaWorld, where you can encounter polar bears and penguins, both just 35-40 minutes away.
Kick off your shoes as soon as you enter this open-plan villa and let your vacation begin. The kitchen is located to the central left of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make delicious meals. The breakfast bar and additional table offer perfect places to begin your day of fun with coffee and pancakes, while to the front is the formal dining table, ideal for enjoying a meal and then playing board games. The main family lounge is located to the rear of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Centrally in the villa is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating and a window overlooking the pool area, a great place to curl up with a book.
The Main bedroom is located to the right of the villa with a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back left with a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right, both with Twin beds and decorated in styles that are suitable for guests of all ages.
The games room is located to the front of the villa, with air hockey and a ping-pong table, as well as sofa seating for guests waiting for their turn. Community facilities can be reached with a 5 minute walk and include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a playing field with a football pitch, so everyone can use the last of their energy before bed.
Relax at your very own south-facing private pool with surrounding fences providing great privacy. Enjoy a swim in the pool before laying back and drying off in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads into the bathroom that is opposite Bedroom 2, ensuring that a towel can easily be found without leaving wet footprints throughout the villa. Later, relax with a chilled drink and snack at the covered seating area, or enjoy an alfresco meal at the poolside dining table as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
