Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs close to the front door and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has a King-size bed that can easily be split to form two Single beds, this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5 which has a King-size bed. The adjacent Bedrooms 6 and 7 are upstairs towards the rear of the villa, they each have Twin beds and both rooms are decorated and furnished in a style that would suit guests of all ages. Everybody will appreciate being able to spend lazy holiday mornings in bed or watching a late-night movie because all bedrooms have their own large flatscreen TV.
The games room will prove to be a popular haven for the youngsters, it has been equipped with table football, air hockey and table tennis. A separate air-conditioning unit in here will help keep players cool, no matter how heated the competition gets! Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
