The home has a games room, and a south-facing pool and spa with no rear neighbours. The resort has fantastic facilities, just a 4 minute walk from the villa, including a heated swimming pool, spa, Tiki bar, cinema, games room, fitness centre and outdoor sports courts. It is just a short drive from the bustling US192 which has hundreds of dining options for you to choose from. Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 15-20 minutes, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe in 25-30 minutes and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, is less than half an hour away along the nearby I-4 Highway.

Close to the front of the villa is a dining table with 6 seats, an ideal place to sit and enjoy evenings playing board games. The family lounge is next and is filled with lots of natural light coming from the patio doors and has been furnished with a comfy sofa, loveseat and armchair as well as a large flatscreen TV. To the right is the open-plan kitchen, with all the equipment, utensils and appliances you might require. The breakfast bar is convenient for snacks and drinks throughout the day and the additional dining table overlooking the south-facing pool and spa area is perfect for tea and toast in the morning as you plan your day ahead.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a single door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the family dining table and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is just inside the front door to the left hand side and has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style suitable for all guests. Bedroom 4, ideal for younger family members, is nearby and has a set of Bunk beds and a cot. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching what they want to.
A favourite feature of this villa is the games room where everybody can enjoy games of pool or table football. The clubhouse, just a 4 minute stroll from here, has additional resort facilities including a heated swimming pool, spa, splash zone, Tiki bar, games room, gym, cinema and outdoor courts for volleyball, basketball and tennis.
Come back home every day and relax on the south-facing pool deck. Kids will enjoy splashing around in their own private pool, while adults might want to enjoy a soak in the spa or top up their tan on a lounger. Privacy hedges to the sides and a fence at the rear will help you relax in the sunshine. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, so no mad dashes through the house with wet feet!
