Situated on the peaceful Mission Park gated community on the US27 in Clermont, this 3 bedroom vacation villa provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. With a family games room for fun evenings together and a south-facing private pool and spa with no rear neighbours, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. The community facilities, including swimming pool and play areas, are just a couple of minutes away from here and guests are welcome to use these during their stay on Mission Park. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay and Islands of Adventure, are about 35-40 minutes away by car. Dining options, catering for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found either along the US192 which is a few miles south of here, or on the US27 towards Clermont where the queues are likely to be shorter, particularly during busy periods.

• Living Accommodation:

  This traditional villa is the ideal home from home for a relaxing family holiday to Orlando. As soon as you step through the front door you are in a formal lounge area with comfy seats, the perfect place to sit and curl up with a good book or for a chat with a loved one. The dining table here is ideal for special occasion meals together or for evening fun playing cards and board games. At the back of the villa is the main family lounge with doors leading to the south-facing pool deck, comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is centrally placed and has been equipped with the utensils and appliances you are likely to need for a self-catering holiday and a breakfast table which is the perfect place for tea and toast each morning as you plan your day ahead.

• Bedrooms:

  The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed, access to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is in a corridor on the right of the villa and has been furnished with a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 3 is nearby and has Twin beds and is decorated in a style that would be suitable for all guests. A TV in each bedroom means everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they settle down after a long day at the parks or shopping malls.

• Entertainment:

  The games room will provide endless hours of fun and enjoyment as you play games of pool or air hockey against each other. The community facilities are nearby and include a swimming pool, basketball hoop and children’s play area that guests are free to use whenever they want to.

• Outdoor Living:

  After exhausting days on the rides and rollercoasters, or grabbing a bargain in the shopping malls, return to your villa for some quality time on the south-facing pool deck area. Kids will love splashing around in the private pool, while adults will appreciate the relaxing spa, no overlooking rear neighbours and seating options under the covered dining area.

Mission Park

Mission Park is a small gated community close to Disney World and with excellent road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and all of Orlando’s other top attractions. Our private rental villas can offer games rooms, private pool and spa and south or west-facing views to help you make the most of Florida’s gorgeous weather.
