Located on the Clermont community of Orange Tree is this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa that is very close to the US27, providing good access to Orlando’s theme parks. It features a west-facing private pool and spa, a well-equipped games room and community facilities that can be reached with an 8 minute walk. These include a children’s play area, tennis courts and playing field with a football pitch, so all guests can use up the last of their energy before bed. If you don’t feel like cooking, then head a few miles south on the US27 to reach the ever-popular US192, home to hundreds of family friendly restaurants and take-aways. Alternatively, head north on the US27 to find similar restaurants with shorter waiting times. Disney World is just a 25-30 minute drive from your villa, so head to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create have amazing experiences and create unforgettable memories. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 40-45 minutes and features exciting worlds to explore and adrenaline pumping rollercoasters to ride. More excitement can be found at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being just 40-45 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove where they can swim with dolphins, or SeaWorld where they can encounter all different kinds of marine life, both just 35-40 minutes away.
Kick off your shoes and let your vacation begin as soon as you enter this open-plan vacation villa. The kitchen is located to the right of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils required to make tasty home cooked meals, while a nearby table provides a great place to start your morning with coffee and toast. The formal dining table is located towards the front of the villa, where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games or having a chat. The main family lounge is at the back right of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing private pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. A second lounge can be found centrally located, perfect for curling up with a book or having a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is located to the left of the villa with a King-size bed, door leading to the west-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back right with a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 4 has Twin beds, as well as decoration suitable for guests of a younger age. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can enjoy their favourite movies as they prepare for bed.
Make your way to the well-equipped games room at the front of the villa, where you will find a pool table, air hockey and table football. Have a practice before challenging your family to a game. Walk just 8 minutes to reach the community facilities which include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a football pitch, ideal for using up the last of your energy before bed.
The west-facing private pool and spa features good privacy on all sides, so it is the perfect place for your family to spend quality time together. While the kids play in the pool, you can enjoy a soak in the spa before lying back and drying off in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads to the bathroom opposite Bedroom 2, meaning a towel can be found without wet footprints being left throughout the villa. Later, enjoy a chilled drink and snack at the covered dining table as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
