It features a west-facing pool and spa with golf-course views and is just a minute walk from the community facilities. These include 2 swimming pools, a tennis court and a children’s play area with slides and swings. Within walking distance of your villa is a large Walmart store, the perfect place to get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your very own pool and spa. Make your way to the Southern Dunes clubhouse, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, or head a mile or so south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chophouse, as well as a couple more dining options. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and see the world famous fireworks. Epic Universe is Orlando’s newest theme park, which has four unique and exciting locations to explore, as well as plenty of experiences to be had, all just 40-45 minutes from your villa. More adrenaline pumping thrills can be found 35-40 minutes away at Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Discovery Cove is where you can swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has penguins and polar bears, all reached with a 30-35 minute drive.
Kick off your shoes and let this vacation villa be a home away from home during your stay. The kitchen is centrally located, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your whole family. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast table with windows overlooking the pool deck, a great place to start your morning with tea and toast. Near to the front door is another dining table, an ideal spot for enjoying a meal before playing card games. To the back right of the villa is the formal lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool and spa. Watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa with a King-size bed, doors to the pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom which also has doors to the pool. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the left of the villa, both with Twin beds and decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages.

Spend quality time together as a family at your very own west-facing private pool and spa. With golf course views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, you can enjoy a soak in the spa while your kids play in the pool, before you lay back and top up your tan in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads to the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, meaning a towel is always within easy reach. Later, have a meal at the covered dining table as you watch a movie on the poolside TV or have a chat and plan your next Orlando villa vacation.
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
