Located on Southern Dunes, a gated community in Haines City, close to the US27 which leads to the I-4 and Orlando’s popular theme parks, is this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa. Features include a private pool and spa with golf course views, good sized rooms and access to community facilities which can be reached with an 8 minute walk. Here you will find 2 communal swimming pools, children’s play areas and tennis courts, so everyone will have something to do. Southern Dunes clubhouse has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, should you want a break from cooking, while heading south on the US27 will take you to Manny’s Chop House, as well as a couple of other restaurants that your family can try. There is also a Walmart within walking distance, should you want to top up on snacks and ingredients. Disney World is 25-30 minutes from your villa, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create amazing and unforgettable memories. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which can be reached in 40-45 minutes and features exciting rollercoasters and unique worlds to explore. More adrenaline pumping rides can be found 35-40 minutes away at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Discovery Cove is where you can swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld is where you can meet Big Bird and Elmo at Sesame Street, both just 30-35 minute drive from your villa.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa you will find yourself in the family lounge with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV, the ideal place to watch a movie. The kitchen is to the back right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals, while breakfast bar seating offers a great place to start your morning. Next to the kitchen is a small table, offering additional breakfast seating or a place to have a meal before playing card games all evening. A nearby door provides access to the private pool and spa, so you can keep an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs and is to the back right, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It is to the back left, has a Queen-size bed and a door to the private pool and spa. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are upstairs and to the left, both with Twin beds and are decorated in style suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite programmes as they drift off to sleep.
Walk just 8 minutes to reach the community facilities, which include 2 swimming pools, children’s play areas and tennis courts, providing activities for all guests during their stay at Southern Dunes.
The private pool and spa, with golf course views and no overlooking rear neighbours, is the ideal place for your family to spend time together after a day at Orlando's theme parks. Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
