Sitting on the very popular Seasons community in Kissimmee, this charming 4 bedroom vacation villa offers your family a south-facing private pool and spa deck, a games room for fun evenings together and lots of space to relax and enjoy your Orlando holiday. The firework displays, rides and rollercoasters of Disney World are just 15-20 minutes from here and Discovery Cove and SeaWorld are both about 20-25 minutes away. Harry Potter fans eager to experience a stroll down Diagon Alley or a ride on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. The US192 is a few minutes’ drive from Seasons, and this is where you will find your nearest 24hr Walmart store, Medieval Times dinner show and hundreds of restaurants catering for all tastes, budgets and appetites. Kissimmee Old Town is 5 minutes away and is worth a visit one evening, especially when your trip here coincides with a classic car show.

• Living Accommodation:

  This comfortable home from home will allow everybody the chance to relax and enjoy the quality time you are spending with each other. The family lounge has plenty of natural light flowing in from the windows and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck and has been furnished with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you might need to prepare tasty meals and the convenient breakfast bar is great for snacks and drinks. The dining table overlooks the pool deck and is perfect for sitting around in the evening to play board games.

• Bedrooms:

  The Main bedroom is to the left of the kitchen at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door out to the pool. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the house and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to the Main bedroom and is a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom with Bunks beds, adjacent to this is Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own televisions so nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep at the end of a busy day.

• Entertainment:

  The games room is equipped with a pool table and table football so the whole family can get together and enjoy quality time, whether it's taking a break from the beautiful Florida sun or waiting on other family members getting ready for fun adventures exploring what Orlando has to offer.

• Outdoor Living:

  The south-facing pool deck has a relaxing spa, a covered dining area and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy as much time outdoors as possible. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, avoiding any mad dashes through the house with wet feet.

• Pool Safety: This property has Pool Door Alarms.

Seasons is a quiet, secluded community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World, Universal Resorts and many other popular Orlando attractions and theme parks. Many of our privately-owned rental villas on Seasons have a south or west-facing pool and spa with a lake view as well as well-equipped games rooms for the kids. A selection of restaurants and shops can be found in Kissimmee Old Town, less than 4 miles away, and a 24hr Walmart is less than 1 mile away on the US192. Florida’s award-winning beaches can all be reached in a little over an hour.
