Situated on the luxury gated resort community of Solterra, just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, is this comfortable vacation villa. Guests staying here have access to the clubhouse, less than 10 minutes’ walk away, which offers some of the best resort facilities in the Disney area, including heated swimming pool, lazy river, separate spa, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, picnic area, children’s playground, well-equipped gym, TV lounge and outdoor sports courts for tennis and beach volleyball. The resort is situated perfectly for theme park fans, with Disney World parks just 15-20 minutes away from here by car. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take just 20-25 minutes to reach, Orlando's exciting new theme park, Epic Universe can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is less than half an hour away. ChampionsGate Village is about 5 minutes away from Solterra and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket to take care of all your grocery shopping requirements, as well as a good selection of bars, restaurants and take-aways serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This nicely decorated vacation villa is the perfect choice for you and your family to be able to relax together away from the chaos of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen with modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils you might need should you decide to cook a meal for everybody. The breakfast bar has seating for 8 people so you can gather round and start discussing your plans for the day over tea and toast in the morning. The nearby dining table has additional seating for 12 people, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games, and this is close to patio doors leading out to the pool deck area. The main family lounge is downstairs at the back of the villa and has comfy sofas in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The second lounge area is upstairs and has a large corner sofa and another wall-mounted flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to sit and watch a movie in comfort after a busy day at the parks.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the left of the front door and has windows overlooking the garden, a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front and is another room with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is situated between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom as well. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are upstairs at the back of the villa and each have King-size beds, these rooms are separated by a bathroom. Bedroom 7 is downstairs to the right of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 8 is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a family bathroom that has easy access to the pool deck. Bedroom 9 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has been furnished with 2 Double beds, this is close to the Twin-bedded Bedroom 10 which is decorated in a style to suit all guests. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice if they want to have a relaxing early night.
Resort facilities, considered to be amongst the best in the Disney area, are just 10 minutes’ walk away from here at the clubhouse. We all need to take time out to relax, especially after exhausting days at Orlando’s famous theme parks, and what better place to be able to do this than back at your villa. The private pool with conservation views, will be a fun place that many happy memories are made together or enjoy a well-earned soak in the spa to ease any tired leg muscles before settling down around the table with a cold drink as you watch the pool deck TV. Family members with energy left to spare can play a few games of ping-pong to find out who the best player is. There is easy access to the family bathroom next to Bedroom 8 directly from the pool deck.

Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
