This spacious, privately owned, rental villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so there will no queues for the shower in the morning. It also offers a games room and a large outdoor area with a private pool and spa and total privacy on all sides, helping you relax and recharge your batteries in the glorious sunshine. The Manor at West Haven is a highly recommended gated community on the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, close to the US27 and the I-4 Highway and community facilities here include a tennis court and children's play area. Eager fans of Mickey Mouse can be at Disney World in about 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes from here. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and other attractions at Universal Resorts will take less than half an hour to reach along the I-4 Highway, which also leads to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines. Shops and restaurants to satisfy all tastes and budgets are easily reached from here, either at ChampionsGate Village or along the popular US192.
- Living Accommodation:
This large open-plan villa is the perfect home from home for your family, helping you to relax the moment you step through the front door. The spacious family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, has comfy seating for everybody, a flatscreen TV and patio doors out to the sunny pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease. The kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need is nearby and the breakfast bar is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. The large dining table means that everybody can enjoy a special occasion meal together or evenings laughing and talking about the exciting day you’ve just shared.
- Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is opposite here and has been furnished with Twin beds and is next to a bathroom. Bedroom 3, another with Twin beds, is at the front of the villa and also has a bathroom next to it. Each bedroom has been supplied with a flatscreen TV, making early nights and late mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
- Entertainment:
If you have any energy left or if you want some time out of the sun, head to the games room for some fun family tournaments playing pool and air hockey against each other. The community facilities are just 2 minutes’ walk from the villa and include an outdoor tennis court and play area for young children.
- Outdoor Living:
The large outside patio area has ample space and seating for everybody to relax and recharge their batteries after a busy day at the parks. The private pool will be welcomed by everybody and the spa is a perfect place to sit and relax, easing any aching leg muscles. The dining table is shaded from the sun, making this a great spot to sit and read your favourite novel as you listen to the kids having fun.

West Haven - The Manor
The Manor is a small gated sub-division of West Haven, a highly recommended community in Davenport, close to Disney World, Universal and all other popular Orlando attractions. With privately owned rental villas ranging in size from 3 - 5 bedrooms, this is an ideal choice for any family holiday to Florida. Facilities here include a tennis court and a children’s play area. Disney World theme parks are about 15 minutes drive away, Universal and SeaWorld are less than 30 minutes drive. Shops, restaurants, fast food options and golf courses are all within a couple of miles.
