The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove both less than half an hours’ drive away from here. Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter can all be found at Universal Resorts, a 30-35 minute car journey away from here via the I-4 Highway. Also accessible is Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, which can be reached in 35-40 minutes and offers exciting new experiences for your family. Restaurant options in the area include a wide selection of family favourites at ChampionsGate Village which is also where you can find a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements.
This nicely decorated and well-maintained villa has all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together away from the chaos of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen that any chef would welcome the chance to work in, it has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to make meal preparation quick and easy. The breakfast bar has seating for 4 people and is a great spot for morning coffee as you start working out your plans for the day ahead. The nearby family dining table has seating for 8 people and is close to patio doors leading to the pool deck. At the back of the villa on the left is the downstairs lounge, it is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy seating arranged in front of a large flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge is more like a home cinema room with a large projector screen and comfy cinema-style seating, a cosy place to watch your favourite movie.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, another room downstairs, is between the kitchen and the games room and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and is a Harry Potter-themed room with Twin beds and en-suite bathroom that it shares with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 5. Finally, Bedroom 6 is a Star Wars-themed room with Bunk beds upstairs close to Bedroom 5. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom ensures everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme if they decide to have an early night after a long day at the parks.
Make happy memories together in the air-conditioned games room at the front of the villa, it has been equipped with table football, table tennis, a basketball game and a TV connected to a games console.
