The main downstairs lounge is at the back of the villa and has windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck, a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV. A quite lounge is to the left of the front door, a great spot for book-reading moments or for when you have to fire off a few work emails. A third lounge area, perfect for the kids to claim as their own, is upstairs and again has comfy seating and a flatscreen TV.
The spacious Main bedroom, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, upstairs at the back, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, this room is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back and has been furnished with 2 Queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. This room is close to Bedroom 5, a Twin-bedded room decorated in a style to suite everybody and with its own en-suite bathroom which can also be accessed from the landing. Bedroom 6 is back downstairs, close to Bedroom 3, and is a Twin-bedded room suitable for everybody. For the added comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.
Many happy holiday memories can be made here in the games room as you play endless games of pool or air hockey against other family members. Seating is also provided for spectators or for players taking a quick break between games. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this beautifully kept 2,200 acre resort have well-maintained landscaping, conservation or lake views as well as west-facing private swimming pools and games rooms for the kids to enjoy. Community facilities include one of the best 18 hole championship golf courses in Orlando, two heated swimming pools, a well-equipped gym and plenty of walking, running and cycling trails for those looking to stay fit while in Florida.
As of the 1st May 2024 Providence Golf and Country Club have introduced a "Common area recreational facilities" fee. The daily Fee is $10 per adult and is not subject to tax. Children under the age of 16 will be free but must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym and is only required if guests wish to use these amenities. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk when checking in to use the pool and gym and payment can only be made in cash or by check. There are no multi day or weekly passes, daily passes only.
