With 3 bedrooms and a northwest-facing pool and spa with scenic views, this privately owned vacation villa located on the gated Southern Dunes community in Haines City will be the perfect place for your family for your Orlando vacation. A range of community facilities are available for you to enjoy, including swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area that will keep the kids entertained for hours. Hop in the car and make your way to Disney World, which is only 25-30 minutes away, to meet Donald and Goofy in Magic Kingdom, taste worldwide cuisine in Epcot and experience the Fantasmic show at Hollywood Studios. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, is 40-45 minutes from your villa and features thrilling new experiences for your family. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to see The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, only 35-40 minutes away. At SeaWorld you can ride the Sky Tower and at Discovery Cove you can swim with dolphins, each of these parks are only 30-35 minutes away. Not in the mood to self-cater? Then walk 14 minutes to the nearby Southern Dunes clubhouse which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, otherwise head a mile south on the US27 to find a selection of family friendly restaurants.
Kick off your shoes and settle in at this lovely vacation villa during your time in Orlando. Find the galley-style kitchen to the right of the villa, with all the utensils and appliances you will need to create delicious meals while 2 ‘helpers’ can sit at the breakfast bar and have a drink. Once dinner is cooked, gather at the nearby dining table that has seating for 6, so everyone can enjoy the meal together. After dinner, move to the family lounge located to the rear of the villa, with a flatscreen TV and seating for 6, so once more everyone can come together to watch all your favourite movies. A nearby door provides access to the northwest-facing pool deck, so you can jump right on in once the movie is over.
The Main bedroom is located to the rear left of the villa, with a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and windows overlooking the pool deck, while a door allows direct access. Bedroom 2 is to the left with a Queen-size bed, while nearby Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has Twin beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights that little more relaxing.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
