Features that make this villa stand out from others include the well-equipped, air-conditioned games room, one of the best games rooms on Solterra and an extended west-facing pool deck with a private pool and spa and plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Guests staying here can take full advantage of the amazing resort facilities on Solterra which include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, state-of-the-art gym, sports courts and clubhouse and are about a 10 minute walk away. A good selection of shops, restaurants and some of Orlando’s best golf courses are within a short drive of Solterra.
Just inside the front door is a modern formal dining area with seating for 6 people which is a good place to sit and enjoy an evening of chatting and laughing after dinner. Continuing through the villa to the right-hand side is the modern, open-plan kitchen that has been equipped with all the utensils and pots and pans you might need for meal preparation and the breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying snacks and drinks throughout the day. A small dining table is nearby, this is an ideal spot to start your day with tea and toast as you plan the activities ahead. To the left of the kitchen is the main family lounge with two sofas and an armchair, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is on the other side of the kitchen, between Bedrooms 4 and 5, and has a comfy corner sofa and flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is just inside the front door and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is just off the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is to the right of the kitchen and has been furnished with a set of Bunk beds, while Bedroom 5 is nearby and has Twin beds and has been decorated and furnished in a style to suit guests of all ages and genders. Each bedroom has its own television so everybody gets the chance to watch a late night movie as they drift off to sleep.
Keep the kids entertained in one of the best villa games rooms on Solterra, it is nicely decorated and air-conditioned and has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey and table football. The community clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk away and offers an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
Outside, the good-sized, west-facing deck has a private pool and a spa for the whole family to enjoy, a covered outdoor dining table seating 6 people and a good amount of patio space to relax in the Florida sun. There is easy access to the bathroom close to Bedroom 4 from the pool deck.

The gated community of Solterra, often considered to be one of the best resorts in Davenport, has everything you need for your Orlando villa holiday. Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
