Those wanting to experience American restaurants should head for nearby ChampionsGate Village which offers plenty of choice, while bargain hunters can either go to Posner Park or Premium Outlets, both of which are about a 15 minute drive away. Community facilities, just a 7 minute walk away, include a heated swimming pool with lazy river, sports courts, modern gym and a BBQ/picnic area.
This beautiful villa is contemporary and sophisticated in style, with all the furnishings and mod-cons you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable. As soon as you walk through the front door and see what’s in front of you, you’ll know you’ve made the right choice. The first living area has a cream corner sofa with seating for 6 people and a window overlooking the front garden. This is a great spot to just sit and chat together or for curling up with a good book and having a few moments alone. A formal dining table is next, with seating for 8 people around a glass top table. Not only is this a great place to dine as a group, but it’s also a perfect spot to play card games in the evenings and share a bottle of wine as you talk about the day you’ve just experienced. The kitchen is at the heart of the villa and has been equipped with enough utensils and pots and pans for anything you want to do. The large breakfast bar is ideal for toast and fresh orange juice first thing in the morning or impromptu snacks throughout the day. The second lounge area also has a large cream corner sofa which surrounds a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and has convenient doors leading to the pool deck.
The Main bedroom is the only one on the ground floor and is ideal for guests that want that little extra bit of privacy. It has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs to the front of the villa on the left-hand side and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the front right and also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom and this is centrally placed upstairs. Bedroom 5 is a Twin-bedded room decorated in a Minions theme to appeal to younger family members and this is close to the Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 6 which has been furnished with a set of Bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own large flatscreen TV so there is no need to worry you won’t be able to watch your favourite programme.
The community clubhouse is just a 7 minute walk away and offers facilities including an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The pool deck area, with privacy hedges to one side and the rear, is a great place to come back to after a hectic day at the park and relax. Plenty of space is on offer around the dining table or sofa set where you can sit and enjoy the Florida weather while the kids splash around in the private pool.

The gated community of Solterra, often considered to be one of the best resorts in Davenport, has everything you need for your Orlando villa holiday. Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
