Step inside this luxury villa and immediately feel at home, the dining table just inside the front door allows you to enjoy a family meal and good conversation, this is next to the kitchen which has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you are likely to need. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and is a great place for coffee and snacks throughout the day, or wine and nibbles in the evening! An additional dining table is near the kitchen, a perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast each morning. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa, with doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck, and the comfortable sofa helps make this an ideal place to sit and enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen TV. A second lounge is upstairs, again with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs, it is at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the villa and has Twin beds and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 6 which has Bunk beds. Bedroom 5 is at the front of the villa upstairs and is another room with Twin beds. Every bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, so nobody has to miss out on watching what they want to as they relax after a hectic day at the parks.
The whole family can make some happy memories in the games room, playing as many games of pool, table football and air hockey as you want. If extra activities are required then the resort facilities are just 6 minutes’ walk from here and include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, gym, and outdoor sports courts.

Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
