This beautiful 6 bedroom privately owned rental villa is on the luxury resort of Solterra, one of the best gated communities in Davenport’s Disney area. The villa has been decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, has a gorgeous lake view from the west-facing private pool and spa deck and a well-equipped games room to provide hours of entertainment for the whole family. The resort facilities are an easy 2 minutes’ walk from the villa and include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, modern gym and sports courts. A good selection of restaurants and take-aways can be found in nearby ChampionsGate Village or a couple of miles away on the popular US192. Magic Kingdom and all other Disney parks are 15-20 minutes’ drive from Solterra, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes away, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, is 30-35 minutes away and Universal, which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay can be reached in about 25-30 minutes.
This bright and spacious villa is perfect for families that want to come together as one large group and escape the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. A stylish dining area sits at the front of the villa and has seating for 6 guests. This is an ideal spot to sit and play board games in the evenings or to share a bottle of wine. The kitchen is next and has all the equipment, appliances and utensils you might need to prepare some tasty family meals or snacks. Another dining table, this one overlooking the pool deck, is the perfect spot to enjoy tea and toast each morning. The downstairs family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is adjacent to the kitchen and has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a comfy corner sofa and doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. A spacious second lounge upstairs means everybody gets the chance to watch what they want to watch on television, it has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and comfy sofas.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, the en-suite bathroom for this bedroom is shared with Bedroom 5 which has Twin beds and is decorated in a style to suit all guests. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the other side of the upstairs lounge and each contain Queen-size beds. The brightly coloured Bedroom 6 also has Twin beds. Every bedroom has its own flatscreen TV making those lazy holiday mornings in bed that much more enjoyable.
The fun never stops in the games room, it has been equipped with an air hockey table, a table football game, a pool table and arcade machine - perfect for kids young and old! The community clubhouse is an easy 2 minute walk away and offers an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The extended west-facing outside area, with private pool and spa, benefits greatly from having a covered area for alfresco dining and no rear neighbours. There are privacy hedges on both sides of the pool deck providing some additional cover and a gorgeous lake view to the rear.

The gated community of Solterra, often considered to be one of the best resorts in Davenport, has everything you need for your Orlando villa holiday. Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
