At the clubhouse you will find a modern gym, internet room and a TV lounge, while outside is a heated swimming pool, spa, lazy river and children’s play area. There are also tennis and beach volleyball courts for guests wanting to keep active during their stay. There are a couple of Publix supermarkets within a few miles of Solterra, all great places to get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your own pool and spa. About 5 minutes from your villa are ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, which have a wide range of restaurants for your family to try. Alternatively, there are hundreds more options on the popular US192, which is just a few miles away. Disney World can be reached in 15-20 minutes and has Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can watch the daily fireworks displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 30-35 minutes away and has exciting locations and experiences for your family to enjoy. Jaw dropping rides are at Universal Resorts which features The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all reached in 25-30 minutes. Animal lovers will want to swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins and manatees at SeaWorld, both parks are just 20-25 minutes away by car.

The Main bedroom is located on the ground floor at the back right of the villa. It has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a door to the west-facing pool and spa. The Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 2 is towards the front left of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and to the back right of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Towards the left is Bedroom 4 with Twin beds, while Bedroom 5 is at the back left, also with Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is at the front of the villa and has a Minions-theme and Bunk beds, while sharing an en-suite bathroom with the Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 7, which has Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so all guests can relax and watch their favourite movie as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room the challenge your family on the ping-pong table, while those waiting for their turn can relax on the sofa seating and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Take a 3 minute drive to reach the resort facilities, which include a heated swimming pool, a spa, a lazy river and children’s play area, while inside the clubhouse is a modern gym, TV lounge and internet room. Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
