This privately owned vacation villa is on The Abbey, a preaceful gated sub-community of West Haven, a popular community along the Ronald Reagan Parkway. The villa offers 5 good-sized bedrooms, 3 lounge areas and a private pool and spa with no rear neighbours. The community facilities are a couple of minutes walk away from here and include a clubhouse with TV lounge, well-equipped gym, outdoor swimming pool and courts for tennis and beach volleyball. ChampionsGate Village is a couple of miles along the road and has a Publix supermarket and range of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, catering for many tastes, desires and dietary requirements. Guests wishing to visit Orlando’s famous theme parks can be at Disney World in approximately 20-25 minutes or SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in less than half an hour. Travel 30-35 minutes to reach Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe and the 4 worlds it is home to. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park is a 30-35 minute drive away from here via the I-4 Highway. Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award winning beaches can also be reached by travelling along the same route.
This spacious open-plan villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax and make the most out of your time here in Florida. The centrally placed kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and gadgets needed for a self-catering holiday and the breakfast bar is a convenient place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. A nearby high-top dining table is ideal for tea and toast in the morning as you start making plans for the day ahead, or sit around the other dining table for meals or evening fun playing games and chatting. At the front of the villa is a formal lounge area, it is next to the dining table and has comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden. A second lounge area is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool deck. A third lounge area is upstairs next to Bedroom 3, a peaceful place to sit and relax as you watch a movie on the TV or read a book.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom upstairs has a Queen-size bed, this room is adjacent to a bathroom and a small lounge area so would be ideal for a couple that like a little extra privacy. Bedroom 4 is downstairs and is a NASCAR-inspired room with Twin beds, close to the Dalmatians-themed Bedroom 5 which has been furnished with a Double bed. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing and enjoyable if you want to watch TV as you drift off to sleep.
The community facilities are near the entrance of The Dales and include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and beach volleyball courts and a clubhouse with a TV lounge and well-equipped gym.
After exhausting days at the theme parks and shopping malls you can return home to your villa for some rest and relaxation, either splashing around in your own private pool, enjoying a relaxing soak in the spa or sitting around the table enjoying snacks and drinks as you start discussing plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.

West Haven is a popular community near Disney that is divided into a number of smaller gated subdivisions. The Abbey is one of these and has 58 privately owned villas, mostly with a lake view. Many villas on this community have their own pool and spa, games room and west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney theme parks are 15 minutes drive away and Universal is less than 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all close by. Guests have access to community facilities including a clubhouse with TV lounge, gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
