Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and offers unforgettable memories at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Epic Universe is Orlando’s brand new theme park, just 35-40 minutes from your villa. Here you will visit four unique worlds, experience thrilling rollercoasters and taste delicious food. More adventure can be found at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 30-35 minutes from your villa. Additionally, animal lovers can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter sharks and polar bears at SeaWorld, both just 25-30 minutes away.
Spend quality time with your family at this open-plan vacation villa. The well-equipped kitchen is to the back left of the villa with all the appliances, utensils and gadgets needed to make tasty home cooked meals. The nearby breakfast table offers a great place for you to start your morning with coffee and pancakes before you make your way to Orlando theme parks for a day of fun. To the central right of the villa is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then play board games while having a chat. The family lounge is to the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV and comfy sofa seating while a nearby door provides access to the south-facing private pool.
The large Main bedroom is located to the back left the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door leading to the south-facing private pool. Bedroom 2 is also at the back left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, ensuring guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room located at the front of the villa where you will find a pool table and air hockey table, offering hours of entertainment for your family. Additionally, just a 4 minute walk from your villa are the community facilities which include a basketball hoop, children’s play area and a BBQ area.

Shops and restaurants to suit everybody can either be found a few miles north on the popular US192, or head south a few miles to the Posner Park retail development. Disney theme parks are located less than 20 minutes away, with Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive all being less than 30 minutes drive away.
