This privately owned 3 bedroom vacation villa is on the gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont, with a west-facing pool and relaxing spa with conservation views with no overlooking rear neighbours, good sized rooms and access to community facilities, which are only a 6 minute walk away. Here you will find 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children’s fun pool, a play area and tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts, ensuring the entire family has plenty to do during your stay. Disney World is only 25-30 minutes away by car, so visit Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey Mouse, Epcot to see the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to fly the Millenium Falcon. Orlando's newest theme park is Epic Universe, which can be reached in 40-45 minutes and features 4 exciting worlds for your family to explore. Alternative attractions include Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being only 35-40 minutes away. Also visit SeaWorld to ride the Mako rollercoaster or Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, both only 35-40 minutes away. After a day of theme parks, settle your empty stomach by heading a few miles south to reach the popular and bustling US192 where you will find hundreds of restaurants that will suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
Let this vacation villa be your home as you visit Orlando, providing everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen is located to the right, well-equipped with appliances and utensils so you can cook up tasty meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 6, so everyone can gather around and enjoy a meal together before playing board games into the evening. Centrally located is a family lounge, with comfy seating, plenty of natural light and a flatscreen TV. Watch all your favourite movies here, while a nearby door to the west-facing pool lets you keep an eye on the kids as they have a swim.
The Main bedroom, to the back left of the villa, has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the west-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the villa, with a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is opposite at the front of the villa with Twin beds. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early bedtimes a lot easier as you drift off to sleep watching your favourite movies.
There is no games room at this vacation villa, however there are community facilities at the clubhouse which is only 6 minutes’ walk away. Here you will find tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts, a soccer field, children’s play area, 2 outdoor swimming pools and a children’s fun pool, ensuring that there is plenty of activities for everyone.
