Just 3 miles from your villa is ChampionsGate Village, which has a number of family friendly restaurants and fast-food options that will tempt your taste buds. Disney World can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey Mouse, Epcot to ride on Spaceship Earth and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite movie characters. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and is just waiting to be explored by your family. Universal Resorts are 25-30 minutes from your villa and is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all providing adrenaline fuelled days out for your whole family. You could also swim with Dolphins at Discovery Cove or meet penguins at SeaWorld, both only 20-25 minutes from your villa. This villa is a few miles away from the I-4 Highway, which leads to many other popular attractions such as Busch Gardens theme park or Kennedy Space Center, where you can watch rocket launches from Florida's most beautiful and award winning sandy beaches.
As soon as you enter this villa, you find yourself in the family lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, the ideal place to watch your favourite movies. To the left of the home is the kitchen, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar seating offers a great place to start your morning with tea and toast before you head off out for the day. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal or play board games as you chat. A nearby door provides access from the villa to the south-facing pool.
The Main bedroom is located on the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed, door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back right with a Queen-size bed, door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door to the pool. Bedroom 3 is at the front left with Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has a Princess-theme and also has Twin beds.
Take a small break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room at the front of the villa, where you will find table football. Challenge your family to a game, while those waiting for their turn can relax on the nearby sofa.
Relax at your very own south-facing pool with lake views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear. While your kids play in the water, top up your tan in the Florida sunshine or enjoy a chilled drink at the poolside table. Here you can have a chat and plan your next Orlando villa vacation. A nearby door leads to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2, so kids can find easily find a towel without trailing wet footprints throughout the villa.

Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
