This traditional 4 bedroom privately owned vacation villa is a great base and is on the small, gated community of Town Center Resort. It has a south-facing private pool with scenic views and no overlooking neighbours to worry about. Situated just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, 3 miles from the popular ChampionsGate Village which is home to a wide selection of family restaurants catering for all tastes, desires and dietary requirements. Some of Orlando’s most iconic theme parks are 15-20 minutes from here, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, while Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes. The nearby I-4 Highway will take you to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay in 20-25 minutes, as well as lead you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s finest sandy beaches in a little over an hour.
The open-plan accommodation will allow you to relax away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The family lounge area is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. The nearby kitchen has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need and has a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. The dining table overlooks the south-facing pool deck and is a great place for meals together or evening fun playing board games.
The Main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom also with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are next to each other and both have Twin beds and have been decorated in a style that is suitable for guests of any age.
The south-facing pool deck area benefits from having a good degree of privacy, a scenic view with sight of a lake and lots of space for the whole family to be able to relax. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck, putting an end to those mad sprints through the house with wet feet.

Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
