The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are both less than half an hour away from here. Orlando's new and exciting theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the rides and rollercoasters of Universal Studios are 30-35 minutes away along the I-4 Highway.
At the front of the villa is a formal area with a sofa and dining table with 6 seats, a great place to sit in the evenings after dinner. Further on in the villa is the spacious open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you might need to prepare fantastic meals for your family. The dining table in the kitchen is a great for tea and toast in the morning or snacks and drinks throughout the daytime. At the rear of the villa, and filled with lots of natural light, is the family lounge area with comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV. Doors from the lounge lead directly to the sunny pool deck, allowing you to wander in and out as often as you wish to enjoy the glorious sunshine or to check up on the kids in the pool.
The spacious Main bedroom has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin-bedded rooms near each other in the middle of the villa and have been decorated in a style to suit guests of any age or gender. Each bedroom has a small flatscreen television, so everybody gets the chance to watch some late night TV as they drift off to sleep.
Hold some friendly family tournaments in the games room as you challenge each other to games of pool or air hockey. With a TV in here as well you can also keep an eye on the score of any football game you are interested in. The community facilities include 2 children’s play areas with swings and slides as well as outdoor courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
