The villa has a totally secluded private pool looking out over conservation woodland to the rear and a pool table in the games room and is a 3-4 minute’ drive, or 15 minute walk if you prefer, from the community swimming pool, play area and tennis court. The US192 is a few miles north of here and this is where you will discover hundreds of famous name restaurants and take-aways, enough to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Berry Town Center is just 2-3 minutes’ drive from here, or a 10-15 minute stroll if you want to amble through the neighbourhood, and this has a selection of family restaurants, a British bar and a Publix supermarket. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks are just 20-25 minutes away along the US192, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove both about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans keen to ride on Hogwarts Express or walk drown Diagon Alley can be at Universal Resorts in about 30-35 minutes.
The spacious open-plan living accommodation will allow you all to relax as soon as you walk through the front door and put down your suitcases. To the left of the front door is a lounge area with comfy seating, a great place to sit and chat with a loved one or to take time out and read a novel. The main lounge is at the rear of the villa and has a large comfy corner sofa, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the sunny pool deck. The kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to help prepare some tasty snacks and meals for everybody. The small dining table in here is a great place for tea and toast in the morning. With a larger family dining table by the front lounge that is a great place for meals and evenings together playing board games.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 has Twin beds decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests, these 2 rooms have a bathroom separating them. Bedroom 4 is another Twin-bedded room suitable for all guests and is next to the kitchen. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite show at the end of a busy day.
Guests with any energy left after a day at the parks might want to head to the games room and practice their ball-potting skills on the pool table ready to take on challengers to find out who the best player is. The community swimming pool, play area and tennis court are all a 15 minute walk away, or 3-4 minutes by car, and guests have full access to these.
