This 5 bedroom Orlando vacation villa with peaceful views across the golf course to the rear of the property is sure to please any sun-worshipper or golf fan! The villa has plenty of space to put those aching feet up when needed. The villa also has a games room, where you can burn off any extra energy as you play a few games of pool and air hockey. The biggest benefit is the pool and spa, where you have unobstructed views of the golf course. Out here you can also experience alfresco dining under the covered area by the pool. The villa is on Highlands Reserve, a golfing community in Davenport with community facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, play area for the kids and a tennis court, all situated within a 2-3 minute drive of the villa. For a traditional American dining experience, head to the US192, just 3 miles north of here, and choose from hundreds of different restaurants. Berry Town Center, a 10 minute walk from this villa, has a selection of family restaurants and take-aways, a popular British bar and a Public supermarket you might want to visit. From Highlands Reserve, the Disney parks normally take around 20 minutes by car, with journeys to Universal Resorts taking slightly longer.
The first of the two lounge areas can be found to the right of the entrance and contains seating for 6 guests and has windows overlooking the front of the property. The second lounge is at the back of the villa with seating for 7 in front of a flatscreen TV and near a set of patio doors that lead out onto the pool deck. The kitchen is also to the rear and has all the equipment and utensils you might need. The breakfast bar for 2 people is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day and a nearby dining table for 6 people overlooks the pool deck. An archway from the kitchen leads to another dining table, seating a further 6 people, and is a great place for family pizza evenings or board game fun.
The Main bedroom is upstairs to the right of the landing and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the landing and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 also has a Queen-size bed and is downstairs, off a passageway from the kitchen. All remaining bedrooms are upstairs and contain Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is across from Bedroom 2, with Bedroom 5 being near the Main bedroom. For the added comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and flatscreen TVs.
For those with a competitive spirit, there is a games room where you can play as much pool and air hockey as you can manage! Sitting just 2-3 minutes away by car are the community facilities which include tennis court, swimming pool and play area with swings and slides for small children. Unfortunately, the table football game shown in some photographs has been removed from this property.
The extended pool deck, with spa, has views of the golf course to the rear, and further benefits from having a covered dining area, where you can enjoy an alfresco meal, enjoying the Florida weather.
