The nearest restaurants are at Berry Town Center, again a 15 minute stroll, here you will find family favourites such as Applebee’s and i-Hop as well as a British bar and selection of take-aways; the Publix supermarket here will take care of most of your grocery shopping needs. The US192 is a couple of miles north of Highlands Reserve and has hundreds more dining options for you to choose from, catering for all tastes and budgets. The magic of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away along the US192 so you will not have that long to wait before you see Mickey Mouse and friends. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take less than half an hour to reach along the nearby I-4 Highway. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in just 30-35 minutes. Epic Universe, 35-40 minutes’ drive away, offers a Parisian-themed Wizarding World of Harry Potter and thrilling rides in Super Nintendo World. Fans of How to Train Your Dragon will love the Isle of Berk while in the centre, Celestial Park boasts scenic beauty and the exhilarating Starfall Racers coaster.
This comfortable villa has something for everybody and will help you and your family relax as soon as you step foot inside the front door. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has lots of natural light, ample comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The nearby kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you would expect to find in a rental home and the breakfast bar is a convenient place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks through the day. The dining table is behind the kitchen with windows overlooking the pool deck, an ideal spot for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. Patio doors from here lead out to the west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out as often as you please to make the most of the gorgeous Florida sunshine.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has windows overlooking the garden and Twin beds, it is separated from the Twin-bedded Bedroom 4 by a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep each night.
The family games room will be the place many happy holiday memories are made as you compete against each other playing pool or table tennis in air-conditioned comfort. The community swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area can be found at the heart of Highlands Reserve, just 3-4 minutes’ drive from here, and guests have access to these facilities during their stay here.
Head back home to your villa each evening and watch the sun go down from the west-facing pool and spa deck as you gaze out across the conservation land behind you. Privacy hedges to both sides make this a great area to relax as the kids splash around in the pool and you enjoy a soak in the spa or sit around the table making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.
