Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe is 35-40 minutes away and has unique locations for your family to explore, full of exciting experiences. Adrenaline pumping rides await you are Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 35-40 minutes from your villa. Travel 30-35 minutes to find Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld is home to Pipeline: The Surf Coaster.

The large kitchen is at the left of the property, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make delicious meals. The breakfast bar, as well as the additional table, are great spots to begin your day with coffee and pancakes, before you make your way to Orlando’s popular attractions. Have a meal at the nearby dining table before playing board games, while the nearby doors provide easy in-and-out access to the west-facing pool and spa. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa with a comfy sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV, so watch all your favourite family moves here. Upstairs is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, a great spot for guests who don’t want to miss their preferred programme.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor at the back right of the villa, it has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and at the front right with a Queen-size bed while the nearby Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of Bunk beds and is decorated in a style suitable for younger guests. For additional comfort and convenience, each bedroom in this vacation villa is equipped with a flatscreen TV.
The games room at the front of the villa has a fun ping-pong table for your family to use. Further entertainment is just a 7 minute walk from your villa, with an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and a kids play area in the community facilities

Overall, I really like this house. It is very nice spacious 3 bedroom villa on Highlands Reserve. The home is well maintained well equipped, and very comfortable. It feels modern and very clean and very welcoming. The home has a games room as well as a semi private west-facing pool and spa area. The TV in the lounge is large and the home has a secondary lounge area upstairs as well.
Highlands Reserve is a well-maintained and long-established peaceful golfing community in Davenport. We have a huge selection of privately owned villas to rent on Highlands Reserve, many have games rooms and south or west-facing decks with private pool and spa as well as views over the golf course or conservation and woodland areas. Situated close to Disney World and other popular Orlando attractions including Universal Resorts and SeaWorld. This is a great community, recommended by lots of returning customers, and benefits from being close to a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants.
