This large 5 bedroom vacation villa is on Highlands Reserve, a well-kept peaceful community on the US27 in Davenport, popular with many thousands of guests returning each year. The villa has plenty of space for you and your family to be able to fully relax and appreciate the quality time you have together, both inside and outside on the extended west-facing pool and spa area as you sit and relax with a cold drink. The community facilities of swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area are 2-3 minutes away by car, or less than 20 minutes if you fancied a stroll through the neighbourhood. Berry Town Center is a 10 minute walk from your villa, and this is where you will find a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants including a popular British bar. The bustling US192 is a couple of miles north of Highlands Reserve and has hundreds more dining options for you, taking care of all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks are along this road as well and will take just 20-25 minutes to reach from here. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour away along the nearby I-4 Highway. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes, and Epic Universe, Orlando's newest attraction, can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes.
This well decorated and comfortably furnished family villa offers all the comforts of home so that you can relax and enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of your normal everyday life. As soon as you step foot inside the villa you will be in a comfortable lounge area with seating and windows overlooking the front garden, a perfect place to sit and relax with your favourite book as you recharge your batteries. Close by is a family dining table with 6 chairs, a great place to sit after dinner and play board games together. An archway from here leads into the kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and pots and pans you are likely to need for meal preparation. A second dining table is nearby and has windows overlooking the pool deck, an ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning as you start making plans for the day ahead. The main family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating positioned in front of a large flatscreen TV, nearby patio doors lead out to the west-facing pool deck area so you can wander in and out easily to check up on the kids splashing around in the water.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and is opposite the downstairs bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are each furnished with Twin beds. A wall-mounted TV in each bedroom means everybody gets the chance to enjoy a late-night movie as they drift off to sleep after a busy day at the parks.
Guests staying on Highlands Reserve are able to access the community facilities here, including outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings and slides. These can be found in the middle of the community, just 2-3 minutes away by car, or 15-20 minutes away if you wanted to stroll through the neighbourhood enjoying the sunshine.
After exhausting days at the parks or shopping malls, return to your villa for some rest and relaxation. The extended west-facing deck area has no rear neighbours, a refreshing spa, a private pool and plenty of casual seating options so you can sit and relax with a cold drink, making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
