Located on the Davenport golfing community of Highlands Reserve is this privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa. It features a west-facing pool and spa with golf course views and is just a 10 minute walk from community facilities, which include a swimming pool, children’s play area and tennis courts, where guests can use up the last of their energy before bed. Close to Highlands Reserve is Berry Town Center, which has an Applebee’s and iHop, as well as independent restaurants including a British bar that hosts quiz and karaoke nights! For more choices, head a few miles north up the US27 to reach the US192, where you will find hundreds of restaurants that will suit any budget or dietary requirements. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Epcot to taste food from around the world and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite movie characters. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has thrilling new rollercoasters, as well as four unique worlds to explore, including SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk. Universal Resorts have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park and are just 35-40 minutes away from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes from your villa.
The kitchen is at the back left of the villa and has all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar and table provide great places for you to start your day with tea and toast, before you head out for the day. A formal dining table is located to the left of the villa, ideal for enjoying a meal and then playing card games once the dishes have been cleared away. The main family lounge is to the back right of the villa with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here as you keep an eye on the kids as they swim in the water. To the front of the villa is a second lounge, the ideal place to curl up with a book or enjoy a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs, at the back centre and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 3 which has Twin beds and is decorated in a theme that is suitable for guests of all ages. Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed, is to the back right of the villa and is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has an en-suite bathroom that is also accessible from the lounge. This makes it ideal for guests who may struggle with stairs or who may want extra privacy during their stay. Bedroom 5 is back upstairs and to the back left with a Marvel-theme and Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 6 has a Princess-theme and Twin beds.

The west facing pool and spa is the perfect place to recharge after a long day at Orlando’s theme parks.
