The fun and excitement of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Excited Harry Potter fans eager to travel on Hogwarts Express or to stroll down Diagon Alley can be at Universal Resorts in 30-35 minutes by car, much quicker if they can grab a lift on a broomstick. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, which can be reached in 35-40 minutes, has four exciting new worlds for your family to explore, including SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk. The community has 2 separate play areas for small children and outdoor courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball and these can all be found a few minutes’ walk from your villa. The popular US192 has hundreds of restaurant options, catering for all tastes, budgets and appetites, and this is a few miles north of Hampton Lakes. Posner Park, Sunset Walk and Premium Outlets are all easy to reach from here, taking care of all shopping desires you may have!
On entering this villa you will be amazed at how much space you will have for you and your family to enjoy as you make the most of your time here in Florida. Immediately inside the front door is a cosy lounge area with sofas and a flatscreen TV. The second lounge area is at the rear of the villa and is filled with natural light flowing in from the windows, this has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out to soak up the Florida sunshine whenever you choose to. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you might need to prepare tasty family meals or snacks as well as a breakfast table with 4 chairs, a great place for tea and toast each morning. To the right of the front door is a more formal dining table for special occasion meals with your family or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The spacious Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a single door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is on the left of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and is close to Bedroom 3 which has Twin beds and is decorated in a style that would suit all guests. Each bedroom has its own TV so there is no need to compromise about what to watch as you unwind at the end of a busy day.
The community facilities are a few minutes walk from your villa and include children's play areas with swings and slides and outdoor courts for beach volleyball, tennis and basketball.
After exhausting days at the shopping malls or theme parks, come back to your villa and enjoy some quality time in and around the west-facing private pool. With an outdoor dining table and privacy hedges and fences to all sides, this is the perfect spot to sit and recharge your batteries as you start planning your next Florida holiday. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck, avoiding any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
