It features a southwest-facing pool and is just an 8 minute walk to the community facilities, which include an outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area and tennis courts. Less than a mile from your villa is Berry Town Center, which has an iHop and Applebee’s restaurants, as well as a British bar offering quiz nights and karaoke. There is also a Publix supermarket, where you can grab drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your very own pool. For even greater range, travel a few minutes north on the US27 to reach the US192, which has hundreds more restaurants and take-aways. Disney World can be reached with a 20-25 minute drive, so you can get to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 35-40 minutes away and is home to unique and exciting experiences for your family to enjoy. Jaw dropping thrills await you at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being just 35-40 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins and polar bears at SeaWorld, both reached with a 30-35 minute drive.

The kitchen is to the right of the front door, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils required to make tasty meals, while a breakfast table overlooks the front garden, a great spot to enjoy coffee and toast in the morning. To the left of the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before spending the rest of the evening playing board games. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and door leading to the southwest-facing pool, allowing easy indoor-outdoor flow. A second lounge is just to the left of the front door, a great spot to curl up with a book.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the villa with a King-size bed, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the rear of the villa with a Queen-size bed and a window overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is at the back right and has Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Bunk beds.
Walk just 8 minutes to reach the community facilities which include an outdoor swimming pool tennis court and children’s play area, great for using up the last of the day’s energy.

A very nice four bedroom villa on Highlands Reserve. The home is well maintained, clean and on a very nice community The southwest-facing pool is very nice and has lots of seating and entertainment areas. The home has lots of modern features with charging ports and plugs throughout. Overall, the house is very bright and feels refreshed.
Highlands Reserve is a well-maintained and long-established peaceful golfing community in Davenport. We have a huge selection of privately owned villas to rent on Highlands Reserve, many have games rooms and south or west-facing decks with private pool and spa as well as views over the golf course or conservation and woodland areas. Situated close to Disney World and other popular Orlando attractions including Universal Resorts and SeaWorld.
