The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can all be found at Universal Resorts which can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes. The bustling US192 is a couple of miles north of the community and has hundreds of dining options to choose from, catering for all tastes, desires and dietary requirements. Even closer to here is Berry Town Center, a 12-13 minute walk through the neighbourhood, and this is where you can find a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of family restaurants.
This comfortable family villa is the perfect choice for your Orlando holiday and will give you all the chance to relax and appreciate the quality time you have together. The open-plan layout includes a formal lounge area at the front of the villa with lots of comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden, a great place to sit and relax with your favourite novel. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa, it is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. Centrally placed is the large kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you will need if you want to prepare dinner for everybody. The breakfast bar in the kitchen is a great place to sit and enjoy coffee and donuts as you chat about your day ahead or enjoy breakfast overlooking the pool on the nearby dining table. A more formal dining table is on the other side of the kitchen, next to the front lounge, this is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the left of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5, suitable for all guests, each have Twin beds and are at the front of the villa upstairs. A TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they relax at the end of a busy day.
The well-equipped family games room allows everybody the chance to show off their sporting prowess as they play table football or air hockey against each other or practice their basketball skills on the game provided. The communal swimming pool, tennis court and kiddie’s play area are a 2-3 minute drive from here at the heart of the community.
