This privately owned 5 bedroom Orlando vacation villa is on the popular gated Kissimmee resort community of Windsor Hills. It features a pool and spa, both heated free of charge for our guests, an air-conditioned games room and home cinema room, a complimentary gas BBQ grill and is just a 2 minute drive from the resort facilities. At the clubhouse, you will find a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, children’s water park and a castle play area. Inside the clubhouse is a 40 seat cinema, a modern gym, computer room and a video games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. For guests wanting to keep active, there are basketball, tennis and beach volleyball courts. Just over a mile from your villa is a large Walmart on Old Lake Wilson Road, where you can pick up drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your pool and spa. The bustling US192 is minutes from your villa and has hundreds of restaurants for your family to enjoy, should you want a break from the kitchen. Disney World can be reached in just 10-15 minutes and is where you can visit Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and watch the daily parades. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 25-30 minutes from your villa and has unique and exciting locations for your family to explore. Universal Resorts is where you can visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all reached with a 20-25 minute drive. Discovery Cove is where you can swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld is home to penguins, manatees, sharks and polar bears, all just 15-20 minutes away.

The kitchen is located at the front of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your family. To the right is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games. The family lounge is at the back with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and door leading to the pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor at the back left of the villa with a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is opposite at the back right with a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and at the front left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4 is to the left with a Princess-theme, a Double bed and a Single bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is back downstairs and has a Star Wars-theme with Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
The air-conditioned games room offers entertainment in the form of air hockey and skee-ball, while the home cinema room has comfy sofa seating and a large flatscreen TV, the perfect place to watch all the latest blockbusters. Drive just 2 minutes to reach the resort facilities, which include a clubhouse with a modern gym, 40 seat cinema, computer room and a video games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. Outside are heated swimming pools, kids water park, hot tub and a castle play area. For guests interested in sport, there are beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts available for use.

This is a recent addition to our portfolio and we are still waiting for more guest reviews. Very nice 5 bedroom vacation home on Windsor Hills. The home is well maintained, well equipped and with lots of character. The home has an air-conditioned game room and a cinema room as well as a great pool deck, with the pool and spa both heated free of charge for our guests.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am. After hours noise and disturbances should be reported to Osceola Sheriff's Non-Emergency department and they will be pleased to assist. The contact number is 407-348-2222
